About WEDEAQ
WEDEAQ Scandinavia AB is a Swedish consulting company specializing in quality management and quality development in the automotive business according to requirements in IATF 16949 and based on methods from VDA QMC and AIAG. We have more than a decade of experience in the field and are the official licensed partner of VDA QMC in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
We provide expert-led training, internal audits, consulting services, and translated VDA publications to support manufacturers in meeting international automotive quality standards. Our services are designed for companies across Scandinavia and the Baltic region – including Estonia – that aim to improve their quality systems, prepare for certification, and enhance process performance.

We perform open trainings or or corporate adpted In-House Trainings in the areas below. Based on our license with VDA QMC in Berlin, we cal also provide you with trainings and information in all competence fields that are listed in the training catalogue from VDA QMC. Plan
We carry out our open courses in collaboration with Elite Hotel. We try to distribute the training places so that they are carried out in different places in the country as close to our customers as possible and in the hotels that we think work best for the purpose.
As a rule, the number of places is limited to 12 pcs to get better educational effect. Exercises are an important part of our trainings and in trainings over 2 days or more, exercises (usually in groups) are a core of the implementation.
We also often end with course tests because we know that it enhances the learning effect Our course material is often developed by VDA QMC in Berlin, which has solid experience in developing educational material, partly uses proven consultants and finally ensures that the material is approved by the leading players in the automotive industry. Where available, we also attach Swedish translation.
Do
Our trainers and consultants are usually certified independent auditors and work largely as auditors in the automotive industry and/or have been active in leading positions in the automotive industry.
We have practical experience with requirements, solutions and examples of implementation and we generally have the following qualifications:
- IATF 16949:2016 auditor or similar motsvarande
- Trainer competence
- Quality management in the automotive industry
- Approval as trainer by VDA QMC
