Competence Development with VDA QMC
We continuously develop new products and services based on material from VDA QMC. Our ambition is to support industrial companies in demanding industries with competence development based on the knowledge we have developed ourselves and which has been developed by the German automotive industry through VDA QMC.
We are currently working on the development of the following products:
MLA – Maturity Level Assurance for New Products
Translation of books and training materials
MLA describes activities that, in a development project, should precede the development and documentation of PPAP. See product description and course plan.
ECT - Effective Core Tools
Development of training materials
We are working on our own product called “Effective Core Tools,” which is a further development of the methods known in the automotive industry as Core Tools. Our product enables you to design effective process descriptions and control plans, as well as manage and monitor your processes efficiently.
Development of VDA QMC Materials
A review is currently underway in Berlin of several reference manuals and handbooks previously published in connection with the transition to IATF 16949. These projects include “Product Integrity,” VDA 2 (PPAP), VDA (Measurement System Analysis), and FMEA.
As soon as possible, we will investigate the possibility of translating these and developing training materials in Swedish and, if needed, in other Scandinavian languages.
