Below you find an overview of the products we supply
Below you find an overview of the “products” we in may way “deliver”, as open training, as internal training, as live open trainings through Teams/Zoom or as consultancy service. Most of the products (but not all) are developed by VDA QMC in Germany. These standardized products are many times tailored by us to fit Scandinavian culture and vocabulary.
PROCESS AUDIT VDA 6.3
Process Audit VDA 6.3 means a monitoring of project management, project planning, implementation of projects, purchasing, production and customer service. VDA 6.3 is a method developed as an internal tool, with proven success and which now has spread outside the automotive industry. It is about to become a global standard for auditing process and it provides an excellent tool for continuous improvements of product and process development.
FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS (AIAG & VDA) FMEA
Failure Mode Effect Analysis, FMEA is a preventive method that involves identifying potential risks to a product or process and evaluating the severity of the effects for the customer or user. The automotive industry has been using the method since the 1960s and now a (almost entirely) new edition has been developed that represents major changes for those who will work with risk management.
PRODUCT AUDIT VDA 6.5
Product audits serve as a tool for management in the independent evaluation of products from the point of view of customers and to ensure that complaints do not arise from defects in products and its characteristics. With VDA 6.5 competence, you get a tool that facilitates the planning and implementation of product audits effectively.
PRODUCT INTEGRITY PSCR
Product integrity, or product safety and conformity representative (PSCR) means competence if laws and regulations that authorities inside and outside the EU have in respect of on highway vehicles. We learn more about this and how we should act as a supplier to the automotive industry, about organization, use in the development process, deviation management and planning.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IATF 16949:2016
Management systems according to IATF 16949 (previously ISO/TS 16949) represent more than 120 new requirements (new headlines) to the basic requirements of ISO 9001:2015. There are comprehensive additional requirements for purchasing, competence development, process capaciticity and efficiency and efficiency of processes
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS - SERVICES VDA 6.2
If you don’t deliver products to the automotive industry, but still want to “do a little more”, VDA 6.2 is an opportunity. In VDA 6.2, there are 50 additional requirements for ISO 9001 for, for example, competence development, internal audits, etc., if, for example, you supply consulting, calibration, maintenance or any other service, that will assist you in going beyond the basic requirement in ISO 9001:2015.

MESUREMENT SYSTEM ANALYSYIS MSA/VDA 5
Measurement system analysis is probably the most important method (tools) in Automotive Core Tools and a supporting part also in Six Sigma projects.“What you don’t know, you can’t control.” What you can’t control, you can’t improve” (Lord Kelvin).
We hold one and two-day courses in analysis of capability measurement systems and collaborate with Norsys/Minitab in training.
