We now enhance the role as Customer Service and say welcome to Mrs Johanna Anell Andersson, who will join us on part time basis, staring August 15. Johanna is currently working with our main conference provider. Elite Stora Hotellet in Örebro, but will also work for us. Through this engagement we will be much better able to support your expecations about supply of quality and competence, and we will simultanuously be increase our ability to develop training material and translations of VDA QMC volumes.
We will also install a digital cloud-based switchboard directed to Customer Service and have a +16 10-number directed to Customer Service, possibly relayed to one of our consultants.
