Development Plan

We are constantly developing new products and services based on materials from the VDA QMC.

Our ambition is to support industrial companies in demanding industries with competence development based on the knowledge we have developed ourselves and developed by the German automotive industry through the VDA QMC. Therefore, we are now working on the development of the following products:

Development of training material

We work with our own product which we call “Effective Core Tools” which is a development of the methods called in the automotive industry for Core Tools. “Our” product means that you should be able to design effective process descriptions and control plans and that you should be able to control and Follow up your processes effectively. See product description.

Currently, a review is under way in Berlin by a number of the reference manuals and manuals previously published due to the transition to IATF 16949. These projects include “Product Integrity”, VDA 2 (PPAP), VDA (Measurement System Analysis) and FMEA. As soon as possible we will apply for the possibility of translation of these and produce training material in Swedish and if necessary in other Scandinavian languages.
